Outgoing Mail Issues (Се обработува)

We are aware of a current issue sending email to outlook.com email addresses.
Our outgoing mail is being blocked at microsofts servers.
We have spoken to our ISP, who is working on getting this sorted out for us, it appears to have been something legacy from before we took over this block of IP addresses.
